- Return of product will be accepted with 30 days of purchase, with authorized ROI obtained by CEC Elevator Cab Corp (contact ngretsuk@cecelevator.com for ROI) and the following:
1 - All returned items must be in NEW condition and not used or damaged in anyway.
2 - All returned items must be returned in their original packaging.
3 - CEC will reserve the right to deduct re-stocking fee from credit to be issued of up to 20% of base product cost.
4 - All products must be inspected upon receipt for damage and CEC notified immediately if damage is noted. If product or equipment is damaged in shipping, it will be to the determination of CEC to either issue return credit, or to provide replacement with proper documentation of damage upon receipt, photos of packaging and any documentation from shipper received. Lost or damaged products will not be replaced or credited by CEC if not reported within 24 hours of receipt.
